Leadership is essential to the revitalization of communities: domestic leadership at home, business leadership and in all the various facets of a community’s life. Through the leadership development initiative of The Life Development Center, leadership workshops and trainings will be conducted for community residents. Here is a list of our current and planned activities:
- The Leading Lights Program: Participants are taken through a leadership curriculum with the aim of enhancing their leadership abilities. This is being conducted on a quarterly basis.
- Community Development initiatives: Opportunities for leadership are being provided by helping individuals start community development initiatives, and supporting them until such initiatives are established.
- Leadership Resource Center: We aim to provide a leadership resource center within the community in an environment where people can learn about enhancing their leadership skills.
- Youth Development: We engage in leadership development training for youth.
